Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Paige, 12K a day is incredible! That takes a big effort! Way to go! Meal prepping is always worth the time, I've found and has saved me from some unhealthy choices! Great weekend strategy!

Vince, backpacking is awesome exercise! Backpackers always seem healthy and peaceful. All that nature is good for the soul! Health food swaps are always a great strategy! I read recently that if you look for a similar texture like carrots or cucumber slices for chips (so you get the crunch) helps make them even more successful.
