  • Good morning, and a happy Wednesday to you all. How's the week going?

    Any good meals or workouts lately?

    For a while now, I've been struggling with trying to find a balance between strength training and running. Not enough time in the day and all that jazz.

    This past week, I've been doing 25 minutes of weights and a 1 mile run on workout days. So far, this feels like it might work for me. Here's yesterday's run!
