For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hello everyone! This is going to be a huge challenge for me. I have been actively dieting since the first of the year and I’m down 20#. I have about 35# more to lose to be where I want to be and I REALLY want to get there by the end of this transformer. This transformer will get me within 15# of that, so I’ll have to lose a bit more than is required in this game. Might do a couple kickstarters along the way too. The weight is coming off a lot slower now and I really have to work at it. I have found that combining keto with IF works best for me. I hope this is a chatty group because I need the support! I really enjoy reading everyone’s posts and getting to know you all. Where are you guys at and what are your goals and plans to get there? I am thankful that summer is coming because it’s my busy time at work. It helps to be busy because I don’t have as much time to snack AND I get lots more steps in. Plus I make more money during the busy time so it’s a win all the way around ?

Hi MirnaTS! IF is intermittent fasting, sorry for the confusion. I try to do a 6:18 fasting schedule. So my window to eat is 6 hours, then I fast for 18 hours. When I really need to lose a few and I’m stuck I do 4:20 schedule. (Which will likely be the case this month for sure!) So I’ll have a big lunch around noon, a good low carb high protein snack in the afternoon, and then fast until lunch the next day. I find it’s not too difficult if I make sure to have some good protein in the afternoon. Deviled eggs really satisfy me and keep me feeling satisfied until lunch the next day. Hopefully we can all 3 make goal by the end of this transformer! We got this, ladies!!!!
