I’m disappointed. I fell off the wagon and I’m like 8 pounds off of a round 4 goal and I’m not close to round 3. So I even bother to submit a weigh in. I just feel like I let myself down and fell off the wagon.

I travel this week for work and I’m going to make it a goal to eat healthy while I’m out and get workouts where I can and just reset my mind and I can absolutely lose 8 pounds.

Don't give up. Weight loss is a journey not just to shed pounds, but also to build a healthier lifestyle, that takes time and perseverance. Sometimes we slip, but getting back on the wagon is just as significant.
And as Daniel commented this journey isn't a consistent downward slope. There are ups and downs, it happens. Sometimes, we go out more often, or we have to travel or there's some physiological or hormonal stuff to deal with and that takes precedence over shedding x number of pounds.
One last advice, try to incorporate some healthy habits in your daily life, something that is possible to do even when you're daily schedule changes. For example, choosing a healthier option off the menu when eating out or not ordering dessert or using the hotel gym even for a short workout while travelling. Again doing it all may not always be possible, but even if you incorporate some of these, its a victory.

Also look out for non-scale victories when you're not able to achieve your scale goal. Those can be really motivating.

If I can afford it, I play more than one. I aslo do Healthy Wage and Way Better. But this one is going ok. I recently had a woosh so that was nice.

This is the first one I’ve done - I’m considering doing the 6month with multiple 4 weeks between to ensure I stay on track but not sure how good an idea this is.

Way to go Kritika! I'm in the same boat. I've made it, but I've been stuck at the same weight for a while now and I'm leaving for a trip on Sunday. I'll have to put in a lot of restraint to keep myself from eating junk while traveling.
