Hi all! I’ve been plateauing for a few days even though I am sticking to my calorie (1200) and macro goals. It’s so frustrating! Does anybody have any ideas?

If you are exercising, add some calories for a week or so then cut back agin. Your body may have gone into starvation mode. I have found changing my calorie intake periodically kicks my body back into "normal" mode.
