For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    I love adding weekly challenges to our game to keep things fun, interactive, and motivating! (Don't worry, participation is completely optional.)

    This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge! 💧
    Here’s how it works if you’d like to join:
    ✅ Drink at least 64 oz. of water on Friday or Saturday (March 21st or 22nd).

Hey everyone! I'm from Oregon, and I am recommitting myself to some healthier habits after a long hiatus. The last diet bet I did was about 8 years ago and unfortunately I gained a bunch of weight since then due to depression and alcoholism. I am happy to say I am almost 5 years sober and just from cutting out alcohol lost about 60 lbs. Now I am looking at practicing self love and self care and rediscovering my love for moving my body, taking care of myself, and just practicing healthy habits. These first 10lbs have been the hardest to lose so I am hoping this dietbet and this community will help me through this roughest start (I have been trying to kickstart weight loss for over a year but keep gaining and losing the same 6 lbs) and have lost some hope. Good luck everyone!. I hope this can be a supportive community that I am craving.
