  • 🌺 Aloha, Happy Friday! 🌺

Weekends can feel easy for some and tricky for others - both are totally normal. The key isn’t restriction… it’s preparation and empowerment.

    ✨ Weekend Success Tips

Plan ahead – a little prep goes a long way
Hydrate – water helps with hunger and energy
Keep moving – walks, errands, stretching all count
Practice moderation – enjoy foods you love, just mind portions
Rest & relax – stress and lack of sleep can derail progress

And most importantly… have fun! Balance matters, and enjoyment is part of a sustainable journey.

I've got the fridge and pantry stocked with healthy food. I find the weekends to be more manageable. I work kind hours during the week and tend to feel rushed. The weekends allow me time to get more sleep and more time at the gym. I'm also able to spend more time thoughtfully preparing meals.

What do the different colors mean?

BrianM

Red is calories for general movement. Green is for continuous workouts. Blue is standing for a minute each hour.
