How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    I love adding weekly challenges to our game to keep things fun, interactive, and motivating! (Don't worry, participation is completely optional.)

    This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge! 💧
    Here’s how it works if you’d like to join:
    ✅ Drink at least 64 oz. of water on Thursday and Friday (March 27th and March 28th).
    ✅ Starting Saturday morning, look for a pinned post at the top of the game feed (here). Comment there once you’ve completed the challenge!

Hi! I'm Jenn from Utah! I started taking weight loss seriously last month, I cut out dairy, gluten, and sugar and lost 20 lbs. It's been super hard eating like that when my husband and kids eat normally. Short term goal (1 month) is to lose 20 lbs, long term is to kick my snacking habit when I'm stressed or bored.
