    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.

  • Food Tip: Out of Sight, Out of Mind!

    Keep healthy options visible and easy to grab, and store tempting treats out of sight, or better yet, skip buying them altogether.

    I try not to keep chips or ice cream in the house, they are my trigger foods. What are your favorite healthy substitutes when cravings hit?

Sweets are definitely my trigger food. I like to substitute Skinny Dipped chocolate or just a single wintergreen lifesaver. I can usually get by with that.

Hi! I'm Jenn from Utah! I started taking weight loss seriously last month, I cut out dairy, gluten, and sugar and lost 20 lbs. It's been super hard eating like that when my husband and kids eat normally. Short term goal (1 month) is to lose 20 lbs, long term is to kick my snacking habit when I'm stressed or bored.

I’m Elizabeth from Texas. I’ve been trying to lose weight since forever. In the last month I found out I have hypothyroidism and was put on a low dose of medication, so maybe that will help me this time. I have a long term goal to lose 30 pounds by the holidays. That may not sound like much to many, but it has been a difficult road for me, even when doing everything right.
