My clothes are fitting so much better! I even had to buy new workout clothes!

recovering from an injury , consistency with exercise is a huge challenge. Not every night is a restful sleep, stamina is nothing to write home about but is improving! Fresh fruit and veggies, Water intake, & protein intake are my strengths right now! I am dropping pounds but would do better with exercise.
