I have eliminated sugar and stopped grains for inflammatory reasons. Started light , mostly chair videos and walking more . Stairs are easier. Sleeping better

I really pushed myself to do this while out of town- the water was easy, the activity was too as I opted walks instead of transportation but the F&Vs was tough- I did it by adding veggies, choosing the vegetarian dishes and having fruit with breakfast. :white_check_mark:
