  • Good Morning Team!

    We’re in the final stretch. My goal is 207 this morning I weighed in at 212 so I’m not sure how realistic my goal is but definitely giving 100% all week!

    I will say that’s one thing about be being on this weightloss journey FOREVER is that I have really become aware of how much my eating affects my weight. Not even calorie wise but by portions & the types of food. I guess for some that type of intuition is a no brainer but for someone like me who’s been overweight more of your life than not we’ve never really payed much attention to how much we eat & how food makes me feel other than happy and comforted.

    If we had that understanding from the beginning chances are we wouldn’t be in the predicament we’re in now. I know we’re all different in our journeys but we all share the same reasonings when we get right down to it. So with that being said the word that I’m hoping helps you all get through this final week successfully is CAUTIOUS. Be cautious if the foods you’re fueling your body with because one thing we do know is what not to fuel ourselves with!

    Also look at my COLORFUL salad from yesterday. Dino nuggets are gourmet around here, great easy protein!

Me too. I am right there with you, girl! I just weighed in at 155, and my goal is 149. 6 days is 6 days! I'm gonna give it my all, too! Let's see what we can see! :blush:
