Yesterday was a struggle....had to stay late at the office so I tricked myself into believing I deserved a small ice cream treat...then when I did get home instead of hitting my step goal I watched the ballgame. With that said...
My guideword for today is marathon.
I am not running a sprint my challenge is a marathon and I will reach the finish line.

I also had to stay late at work yesterday, but I didn't let it derail me even though it would have been easy to. It helped that I meal prepped on Monday. I think we have to be flexible so that when things don't go to plan we can handle it. Today is a new day. You've got this.
