I have been extremely busy, but wanted to share my late night ? walking thoughts.
So June 3rd, it was 10:30p and I only had 5,500 of my 10k step goal in for the day. So I laced up my shoes and went to get them. I had ZERO motivation, NO walking buddy… I really just wanted to go to bed ?‍♀️
What pushed me to do it then?
The thought came to me “You have to show up for yourself.”
This group is great and motivating, definitely holding me accountable, but y’all can’t put in the work for me. A significant other or family member can be your biggest cheerleader and supporter, but they can’t put the work in for me. An influencer can be inspiring and help you find direction on your health journey, but again, they can’t put the work in for me.
So, maybe you’re feeling like me and over putting the work in… Maybe, you just starting ?‍♀️
Keep showing up for yourself! You’re worth the hard work. Each good day/decision builds on each other and will get you where you’re going eventually ❤

Well said.. the positive efforts "I" put in will lead "me" to better rewards.. We have to love ourselves enough to be show self-discipline and to show up and walk on the road towards our own victory..
