  • We are kicking off this week strong!

    What are your goals for this week? My goal is to get out for a run at least 3 times this week. Sometimes I forget that just getting outside is a fabulous tool to help reset my mindset. It doesn’t have to be fancy, just outside where I can let my brain quiet down for a bit.

I’m Trying to increase my training for my 10k coming up in August. My current time is a slow and steady 9:30 per km, trying to drop my time to 9 minutes! My biggest goal is to run 4 days this week at the track- 1 run down this morning, 3 to go! Other than that keeping focusing on my diet and I need to prioritize some work this week! I’m behind on invoicing LOL
