  • Wearing my Apple Watch is a staple for me. It keeps me accountable and motivated. I was at 13/15 exercise minutes this evening. Even though it was after 7pm and I talked myself out of my planned walk, my hubby encouraged me to get out there. And that’s exactly what I did. Not only did I close my exercise ring but mentally I feel better too. Just a reminder that you can do it. Keep pushing. Stay motivated. If you feel like quitting, pick yourself up and get back at it. We are all in this together! I’m rooting for you!
