I keep playing game after game and losing money but not weight. I’m on the struggle bus with perimenopausal weight gain and am the heaviest I’ve ever been. Despite regular exercise, my energy, motivation, and stamina have decreased and I’m really hoping I’ll be successful this time since I’ll have more time during summer break. For anyone having the same issues with peri-belly and slowing metabolism, what helps? (I don’t want to take medication but am open to supplements/vitamins or other suggestions.)

I’m not in premenopausal period but I struggle with PSOS all my life since teenage. Every time when I eat a little piece of something “forbidden”, next day +1-2 kg which will take the whole week to lose. In my case if I don’t eat after 6 pm, drink a lot of water, limit sugar up to 35 grams max/day, probiotics before sleeping, cardio/stretching/yoga every single day etc I can be in my good shape but it’s so hard…((( that’s the reason why I’m coming back to these games. Following……I’m in the struggle boat too. Peri stage picked up tinnitus this year and now injured my knee (detached meniscus). Dr said this will throw me into osteoarthritis. I’d love to get on track with this game.
