More then 20 pounds since April 2025 and restarting dietbet,this is my fourth game since ,Never would have I lost this without the accountability of dietbet ,it is hard and sacrifices ate made,I have to continue till the end of this game and then vacation but I hope I am sensible eniugh to restart diet bet after my vacation .I still need to lose 30 pounds!

Last week I was doing so well and then Father’s Day weekend happened and this week has been one thing after another and the scale is just going up. I’ve still been working out and drinking my water but obviously have to improve on my nutrition and get back to it!

Sometimes eating to much is good I feel. You push up your metabolism for fast loss once your habits change!!

What helps me is to stop eating at 5pm. So I have dinner at 4:30 then fast until the next day. I almost always lose weight

  • I love to make my favorite goodies in a healthier version and this hit the spot! This entire pint is only 132 calories. 1/2 bottle of Fairlife Core Power, 1/2 serving of Fairlife Fat Free Milk, and cut up strawberries all blended up in my Ninja Creami I have had for two years and JUST opened it this week. ?

I noticed the mornings after I drink the protein powder shake, my weight goes up. I think I can only drink that shake when I have an intense workout. Lesson learned!

I’m certainly far from an expert - ur body needed so much protein in a day. Would protein in a shake be any different than any other protein? I’m doing green shakes all day except one meal a day. I’m adding protein to each. I’m loosing every day

I don’t think it’s the protein in the shake that’s making me gain—I’m thinking it might be all the other stuff like non sugar sweeteners and stabilizers and preservatives. I def agree the protein is important and I’m upping my other normal sources!! Just seeing for a week or two if I notice more consistent losses without the powder supplement :)

I skipped the gym yesterday trying to get into working out five days a week.

I work graveyard shift, 4 day a week 10 hour shift!!im off at 9:30am! I guess I can go to the gym at 2 PM after waking up from my nap.

@Judy this is true when I first started this job 20 years ago I gained a mass amount about 50 pounds! I recently just NOW lost the 50 pounds thanks to dietbet and exersize. It is true I get about 4 to 5 hours asleep a day then on my off days I try to make up for it..

  • Needed to get more protein. Was feeling a little light headed as if I were to fall to the right.
    I try to buy peanut-butter as close to natural as possible. Because of oil, this is stored upside down so stirring not necessary. Perhaps store on paper towel or on a plate until U trust the cap.

How exciting!!! I’m going on a trip July 10th so my goal is to lose the 8lbs I need to for this Dietbet! Still have a ways to go after but I’m sure my clothes will already fit better.
