good morning everyone, after winning and losing dietbet several times I figured it out! You must want to get healthy for yourself NOT to win the dietbet money. what will happen is, once you win your money, psychologically, you will resort back to your old eating ways!!! eating tons of carbs, which will make you crave more carbs!!!

Gosh this is me. Eating super clean and then making myself sick rewarding myself when I win!! I need off of this roller coaster.

Yes! It’s just plain old foolishness. Lol! Question is, but how do we stop this madness? The answer is don’t look at the dietbet for the money. focus on losing your weight plus early.. post and keep going.. keep going to the gym. When you’re not feeling well, go to the gym. When you’re depressed, go to the gym if someone hurt your feelings, go to the gym. Have a bad day at work go to the gym. Working out will help this yo-yoing … I can’t explain it.. but it is more psychological than anything?
