I skipped the gym yesterday trying to get into working out five days a week.

I work graveyard shift, 4 day a week 10 hour shift!!im off at 9:30am! I guess I can go to the gym at 2 PM after waking up from my nap.

@Judy this is true when I first started this job 20 years ago I gained a mass amount about 50 pounds! I recently just NOW lost the 50 pounds thanks to dietbet and exersize. It is true I get about 4 to 5 hours asleep a day then on my off days I try to make up for it..
