im proud of achieving doing four days of treadmill walking. I feel like im gaining momentum now. I still have to work on my eating habits (especially my night time eating habits) but im taking it one step at a time.

So far I’m proud of finding meals I thoroughly enjoyed. I normally make food and get tired of it after the 2nd time and grab whatever. This weekend my focus is water. I struggle with that but I have put a bottle in each room. I know it sounds like overkill but if it helps then so be it lol
