How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • One of my problems: my servings size is too large.

The 1/2 cup of cottage cheese in this bowl can hardly b seen. Strawberries n pistachios topping rounds out my 1st meal of the day at 290 calories n 19g protein.

I agree. My portion sizes are often too big. I hate going out to eat unless I order something I can take home and eat the next day too.

But your photo is gorgeous! I think I need to slow down my eating and focus. If we're socializing or I eat quickly, I seem to eat way past being satisfied. Trying to learn to.listen to my body better, which I think you seem to be in tune with yours!
