Swim every morning, walk to & from subway, bus, or train (depends on what I’m in the mood for!) to work. On weekends explore the city with public trans + walking. Squeezing in strength training a few times a week. For me it’s about building habits ?

Same for me, you can do it and so can I, ha! I’ve still got 1.1 pounds to go, but at over 250 and with 27 hours still, I know I can do it safely.
Will be glad when I get it over with tomorrow. I’m in 6 games and 4 of them are yelling at me to WEIGH IN NOW! :joy::joy::joy:
