How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Highest weight I’ve been in many years.
I just joined this challenge and one additional DietBet challenge today.
I’m focusing on eating Whole Foods and Movement to try and drop 20+ lbs in 2025.

I’m also the highest I’ve been, I’m trying to focus on healthy habits, like cutting down on sugar, that I hope I can sustain over the long term, not just during the diet bet.

I think that’s been my downfall in the past is going to extreme and not creating new habits that I can sustain.
I purposely chose longer Dietbets so I can lose at a slower pace.
And sugar is one of my major enemies.
It causes me so many struggles… overeating, inflammation & it actually makes me grumpy.
My husband always knows when I’ve eaten sugar
