How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Intermittent fasting has been good but it is a struggle. I usually eat breakfast and fast 3 days a week until next breakfast. 7pm until bedtime seems most difficult. I eat healthier the other 4 days. Anyone else trying anything like this?

I also prefer fasting in the morning. But I’ve also set my window for the morning and then fasted the rest of the day. It depends on my appetite I suppose. For example after eating clean for a few weeks I find my appetite is significantly less so it’s easier to do intermittent fasting. Fasting for 3 days is very difficult for me. I have done it but it’s not something I do on the regular. 3 days of fasting is pretty badass. Good job!

I've fasted 72 hrs every week before. It's very challenging, just make sure to drink water & stay distracted/active.
