How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I know nothing about macros or calories but I just downloaded the cronometer app...

I've done the portion fix many years ago, anyone going to follow that? Or any nutrition thoughts or comments??

Seems difficult!! I added today's food intake to the cronometer. I'm just estimating but I'm already wayy over my carbs it says to have!!

I've now learned macros, short for macronutrients are three categories of nutrients that you eat the most and provide you with the most energy.
Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats...

But that’s the whole point! If you calculated your macros, the idea is to hit the numbers as closely as you can. If you are way over a particular macro, that could be the reason why you needed to calculate your macros in the first place. Like for me for example years ago, I realized I was eating close to 1000 calories over what I should have been. That was the problem!
