  • Took yesterday as an active rest day for some hiking. Mother’s Day is a tough day for me emotionally as my firstborn passed away unexpectedly two years ago at the age of 4.5 years old. I have an energetic 3 year old, but I struggled with self control on eating yesterday. Back at it today with a great workout this morning, good nutrition choices, and Greek Chicken Bowl for dinner.

  • Chest day of week 3 was intense and invigorating! I pushed myself to new limits, feeling a surge of strength with each repetition. The weights felt surprisingly manageable, and my muscles were pumped and ready for the challenge. It’s amazing to see the progress I’m making with these workouts and the smaller clothes are an added bonus!

  • Oh my goodness that was hard for me I was pretty pathetic with five and threes! Also modifying heavily for hiit. But I'm happy with myself!
    Since I injured my knee and ankle I only worked out three times last week but I am aiming for at least four days this week!!

Are there any suggested workout plans? I have a calendar with a workout name but no other guidance.

The workout Calendar is in the Google drive?! Today was chest and Tris from week 3 of liift4 .
Tomorrow is legs from the Liift More Super Block, week 2.
I believe Liift more workouts need a bench, which I don't have, so I may switch to another leg workout, last week I attempted to do a day from Liift more and just modified best I could!

How do you log a mixed meal into trackers correctly?
I made a beef stir fry with mixed vegetables...

I put the custom meal in and tried to divide it to a portion that I had of it, I'm not sure that I did it correctly and if I did it's not the most accurate for sure,
And it took forever to do!!
I am really liking looking over the data and trying to figure out how much to eat to get the most energy. Even though for the first couple days I had keto on and was trying to consume 90+ grams of fat!! Lol

It sounds like you did it right—or at least the way I do it! It is a little time consuming at first to enter the recipes with all of the ingredients, etc but once I had my usual recipes entered, it got a lot quicker!
