Thursday and Friday are my hardest days! I have an at home bakery and bake both days. It’s so incredibly difficult not to eat a bunch of carbs! Trying to limit myself to 1 because 0 would be unsustainable long term
I usually bake bread, bagels, cookies.

That’s very hard . I love to bake and whenever I do I can’t stop at only 1 cookie !!! But if you are doing every week you need to find a way . Maybe Have one and prepare your self a healthy snack while the batches are getting out of the oven .
