How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m really struggling. I have been up and down and up and down for months now. Had a mini melt down and realized I need to be more serious. I say that I eat healthy and well like I used to, but my habits have all gone to seed, so to speak. I’ve been working this week on rebuilding them but have only seen minute changes on the scale and nothing in my measurements. But I’m not giving up. I am ready to rebuild these habits as best I can.
I might start posting daily for accountability so beware! Hahaha.

It helps me to talk through a plan so here’s my plan today. Egg and veggie scramble with a whole grain English muffin and coffee, banana for morning snack.
Spring mix, carrots, and steak salad for lunch with an apple
Shakeology smoothie for afternoon snack with supplements (flaxseed, creatine, collagen, psyllium, pb powder) and strawberries and spinach.
Camp dinner: romaine mix salad and a turkey burger for protein. Going to try to avoid popcorn and s’mores because that’s “for the kids”. If we don’t go camping, will be much easier to avoid those things. I’ll bring in my bevvy for lunch and dinner

I ended up getting a deal on HUM and bought their weight loss bundle. Hopefully get it next week.
