  • Doing really good so far, knowing I'll have to weigh in really keeps me in check, though I did allow myself a few treats in between this game and the last (after being super strict since the start of the April one). Almost 40lbs down since April!

  • Started my . on weigh in day but still won by 1lb! Pushing through at the gym everyday and today I did an hour on the treadmill for the first time ever! 2 months ago I could barely finish 10 minutes! Down 35lbs and still about 180 to go but I'm doing it!

Over the years I kept hearing the advice “Find an exercise that you enjoy doing! “ To me that sounded like Find what kind of math test you like to take. I don’t enjoy working out. I did it but it was like dishes or laundry, a necessary task I only did because it needed doing.
But it finally happened! I have discovered Supernatural Fit on my VR and for the first time in my life I love my workouts!

  • Felt soooo much better today. I even got on the stairmaster for the first time ever. I went super slow and only did a few minutes because I'm quite clumsy and was scared but I'll start doing it every day and slowly add time like I've done with everything else. I also did 25 minutes on the treadmill, when I started a few months ago I was crying 5 minutes into the 10 minutes I'd push myself to do.

Food suggestions please!
I pretty much dislike all raw veggies besides lettuce and cucumber. I am trying very hard to like other veggies. I’ll eat a good about of cooked veggies, but with summer/kids I want to have some health coke picnics.
I don’t like any sauces ( no dressings, mayo, mustard, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch, ect. I don’t even like syrup lol) So a couple questions:
What is your favorite PLAIN veggies?
Any recommendations how to flavor up raw veggies without a dip? I do chicken wings with dry rub.. I tried to do that but it’s so so strong on the veggies.

Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning on celery with lime juice…not a dip, but not totally dry either. You could try it on the cucumbers…

Thanks for them suggestions. I do like everything but the bagel seasoning and use it on cooked veggies pretty often. I love the lime juice and seasoning idea

  • Woke up today feeling horrible, eyes all puffy, migraine, dizzy. I almost turned my car around halfway out of the neighborhood but I didn't and still got a small workout in. The scale was also up 4lbs so that's fuuuun.
