  • Felt soooo much better today. I even got on the stairmaster for the first time ever. I went super slow and only did a few minutes because I'm quite clumsy and was scared but I'll start doing it every day and slowly add time like I've done with everything else. I also did 25 minutes on the treadmill, when I started a few months ago I was crying 5 minutes into the 10 minutes I'd push myself to do.
