How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Had a super rough weekend - no idea what happened… I’m actually up more than what I started this at 😩😞?‍♀️. Today is a new day!!! Taking my baby girl for a 1.5 mile walk around the community as my warm up for leg day!!!

What’s your fave easy on the go high protein snack????

I'm right there with you. Lost very little this week...not at all like that first game. For protein on the go...I like poo perfect bars or just some plain old almonds.
Hang in there...we can do this!
