  • Final week! Let’s finish strong!

Take a moment to appreciate how far you’ve come already. Four weeks of showing up, making better choices, learning, adjusting, and continuing forward is something worth celebrating!

This final stretch is not about being extreme or trying to “make up” for anything. It’s about staying steady and consistent.

    Focus on:
    💧 Water
    ? Nourishment
    🚶 Daily movement
    😴 Sleep
    ? Stress management

And remember: the goal isn’t just the number on the scale. The goal is creating habits that help you feel healthier, stronger, calmer, and more confident long after the game ends.

    You're almost there, keep going!

Last week of school/work!! So busy and no appetite working in my favor… but I have no desire to loft (I was doing 4-5 times a week). I would much rather go for a 2 mile walk!! No exactly the same for my body, but still working. I’ve already made my goal; can’t let this last weekend coming derail me.

Joanna C.

0.1 lbs to go! Just have to stay consistent.

Went on a mini-vacation with my sister this past weekend and made some unhealthy choices to say the least lol. 6.2 lbs down and 2.8 to lose all in the last week now 😳 but I believe I can do it! Anyone else needing to play catch up in the last week? 😅

  • One of my goals is to eat higher protein and fiber breakfasts. This 1-minute oatmeal does the trick! I crumble pecan halves into the water as it comes to a boil. Then when it’s done I add chia seeds, peanut butter, pumpkin pie seasoning, dash of salt. Then top with fresh blueberries. I typically don’t like oatmeal but making it this way is pretty good!

I I usually lift 5 days a week and have not been in the mood for over a week!!! 😳??‍♀️ Not sure what’s going on or how to get back in… everyone says just to start and then I’ll want it again, but not sure what’s going on?!?

I worked out yesterday!!!

Maybe try to find a new workout or routine you haven’t done before? If you’re excited about doing it, it’ll motivate you to go hopefully

  • Happy Sunday!

Weekends don’t have to be “perfect” to still be successful.

Maybe you stayed totally on track this weekend. Maybe you enjoyed a few treats, relaxed more than planned, or missed a workout or two. Either way, this is your reminder that one weekend never defines your progress.

Healthy living is about learning how to come back to balance without guilt, shame, or the urge to “start over.”

Today is a great day to gently reset:
    ✨ Drink some extra water
✨ Get a little movement in
✨ Prep something nourishing for the week
✨ Take a few deep breaths
✨ Let go of all-or-nothing thinking

You are not behind. You are still moving forward.

As a new week begins, focus less on being perfect and more on being consistent. Small mindful choices made over time create real and lasting change!

My son’s birthday and he wanted to buy candy and all you can eat sushi!!! I listened to my body, enjoyed, but didn’t let it become a slide down!!! I got in plenty of walks before dinner and even a 1 mile run after!! Only up 2 oz and I feel great!!!

DietBet Laura

That balance is the way to go! Feeling deprived can lead to binges, but if we let ourselves enjoy something and then balance it out elsewhere, it's a win-win! Way to go!

  • Midweek check-in! How’s everyone doing so far?

If your week has gone perfectly, amazing. If it hasn’t, you are still in this. One off-track meal, one skipped workout, or one stressful day does not undo your progress.

Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is stop spiraling and simply reset. Drink some water. Go for a short walk. Stretch for five minutes.

Make the next choice a good one and keep moving forward. (I am a firm believer in this!)

Remember: motivation comes and goes, but routines are what carry us through. Keep showing up for yourself, even in small ways.

Little by little, it all adds up

My nutrition has been great this week! I’m really focusing on eating when I’m hungry and not just bc “it’s meal time”. But I have not been in the mood to workout!!! No idea why?!? ? I pushed myself last night to go for a 1 mile run, but normally I lift 5 days a week…

Rayshel H.

Usually I do well for lunch bc I bring my own. Was challenged this week with a work lunch. But I ordered a harvest salad and still felt full and great about my overall progress

I just finished a DietBet and won. Now I’m working on losing another 4 percent! I feel this is going to be a little harder. The first was hard enough! I just made the goal last time with not an ounce to spare.

  • New week, fresh energy!

A gentle reminder as we start the week: you do not have to “earn” your worth through punishment, restriction, or exhausting workouts. This journey works best when it’s built on consistency, not extremes.

This week, try focusing on simple wins:
    ✨ Drink more water
✨ Add movement where you can
    ✨ Pause before stress-snacking
✨ Get a little extra sleep
✨ Celebrate progress instead of criticizing yourself

Think of this week as building momentum, not chasing perfection. Tiny habits repeated consistently can create huge change over time.
