I love quest bars - not sure the sugar. Zero sugar Oikos Greek yogurt - tons of flavors!!!! Quest protein powder w unsweetened almond milk - make a shake

Im a big sweets gal so Ive come up with some recipes that save me when it comes to cravings...try vanilla 0% Greek yogurt with sugar free chocolate pudding mix, mix it up, melt some sugar free choco chips with coco ut oil, or dark chocolate 70% or higher...drizzle that on with a tsp of natural peanut butter..its delish and if ya dont like Greek yogurt substitute some light whipped cream but the Greek yogurt is high in protein :)

I also love to eat an orange with light whipped cream and zero sugar orange jello mix just mix it well or it can be gritty. ...its like a creamsicle ugh I love it lol

Our house is full of leftovers from the Superbowl and i am doing my best to make good choices. Thankful for this dietbet because i would have had leftover pizza and buffalo chicken dip and dessert today lol

Hi dietbet friends!!! I am back and ready to lose the weight that I gained from the last diet bet I did in September. I did so well and then life and holiday happened! I really overdid it for the holidays and its time to get back in control! Good luck to all. Cant wait to see everyones motivation =)
