Celebrating the non scale victory wins today! At a play. Last time I was in this theater I literally hurt. My body was so squished in the chair and I had no legroom. I hurt so bad I could not concentrate on the show.
Today a year later I have plenty of legroom and room in the seat. So thankful that I am prioritizing my health and getting to truly enjoy living!

  • Started a dance class today for a,new form if exercise. So much fun!
    Also tried a new recipe of roasted green beans and onions. It was good but not my favorite of the roasted veggies. I am still glad to try new ways to eat veggies.

  • I’m so motivated these days - found out I was seriously low in iron - started taking iron and I feel myself shifting.

I have been making roasted veggies, normally zucchini, squash, onions and mushrooms. This week I have toasted mini peppers, green peppers and cucumbers! All are so yummy! Great way to get colorful yummy veggies in!
