Seriously- you are inspiring - I am stuck to the same dish (rice bowl which I love) - you have so much variety- well done

Thank you , there is nothing wrong of eating the same thing . Specially if you like and and it helps you lose weight . Consistency is key . I make taco meat in big batches and freeze individually portions and it helps me a lot. I do cook a lot !
