Having a hard time… not losing. Having 3 kids gone for the summer and out of a routine is really affecting me… 😞 any tips to help me out of my slump? I have last 4lbs to lose!!! Help!!!

You’re so close, just 4 pounds! That’s amazing progress, and it’s totally normal to hit a mental wall right near the finish line, especially with your routine flipped upside down. Create a Summer mini routine
Even if the usual routine is gone, try creating a simplified structure for yourself. Just 2–3 anchors per day can help:

-Morning walk
-Set meal times (don’t let snacking take over)
-15-minute evening reset (stretch, journal, light chores)

If this is the hardest time of the year, learning how to stay steady during the mess is actually training for lifelong maintenance. So even if weight loss slows for a minute, practicing not going backward is a big win.
