  • Woohoo! I am so proud of myself!
    Worked out 5 days in a row, woke up last 3 days full of energy and beat my early alarm wake-up .
    Haven’t touched sugar all week- this is my hardest thing to kick… I can officially say now “was” my hardest but I did it!!! I been tracking what I eat and low carb keto -ish diet has worked for me. I just need to crank up my water to next level but I am so proud of how much I have turned around . My moto is “workout as hard as I want this!” And I have pushed through being tired, excuses, pain of muscles … I am officially down 6lbs of fat junk since starting journey last week. I know this is the easy shed and it will be harder from here but I know I am doing the right steps to keep it going!

    My pic is after an early morning workout so I don’t look all that put together yet! Haha progress
