Hi Everyone! Happy Monday!
People threw out so many good ideas last week, I had a hard time picking something to start off our first full week of July. But since we’re Gettin’ Hotter this month, I’m going with “Let’s All Pick a Positive Change”.
This change should be meaningful to you. Big enough that you feel it on some level, but small enough to be readily achievable :-) Small, positive changes improve our confidence and accumulate to bigger healthier changes.
So reflect a bit and decide what feels right to you. Here are a few suggestions to get you started, but we all know what things we’ve been meaning to work on.

Ideas:
Plan 3 meals
Prep some fruit or veggies
Drink more water (or tea - I’m good w unsweetened tea :-)
Clean out one shelf or drawer in the kitchen
Cut or reduce carbs
Add an exercise
Go to bed earlier 3 nights
You get the idea!
