I'm curious about what you all do for exercise. Right now, I do aerobics at home 6 days and lift weights/strength train every other day. My goal is to be able to run a 5k next year...if my knees are willing.

I do yoga, and I walk daily. I am also playing some StepBet games simultaneously. They help me maintain my step goals.
Now we're having monsoon here in my city. Hence, I do yoga indoors or some freehand exercises, pilates, etc. Before monsoon, I used to go swimming regularly.
