  • I'm inspired mainly because family thinks I can't do it. I started at 343 lbs in April with just counting calories, and now I'm at 313 lbs with cardio and weights added in June. I've been consistent for 3 weeks now and hit today's workout harder than usual, and I feel...good.

    I'm starting to realize I've NEVER regretted a workout I've ever done. I dislike starting most of the time, but boy, when it's done, I feel. I don't know? Like excited? Energized?

Great job!! On the guided runs that I do, the coach always stresses that the hardest part of a workout is starting it. If you can start, you’ll feel good. Keep it going. You got this!!!!

Hello, I guess my weigh in was rejected when I submitted last week, and just saw I needed to resubmit. I already lost 3 pounds, so don't really want to do the weigh in again with only 3 weeks left to go. Can I just get my money refunded so I can join a cohort that starts this week? I'm sure I can do this, but can't seem to figure out how. Thanks fo much for any help that can be given.
