  • Happy Monday! How is everyone feeling going into the final week?

    As we head into this week,, be kind to yourself and be proud of your decision to make your health a priority.

    A few tips for these final days:
    -Stick to your plan; don’t make any drastic changes
    -Keep moving - get those steps in!
    -Limit salt
    -Drink plenty of water
    -Get enough sleep (rest is so important!)

    Whether you're crushing your goal or struggling a bit, please keep in mind that PROGRESS is the real win. Any changes you can say you've noticed since the game started - that's what you should focus on. What have you learned about yourself? What little victories have you accomplished?
