How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi! I’ve been a graduate student for the last 2 years. Classes & stress wrecked my eating habits & I’m wanting a change. I’m working a full time job for the first time! Any tips for how to schedule meal preps, cooking, working out into a full time schedule?

I prep my meat on Sunday and then add veggies throughout the week. Sometimes I also prep rice or sweet potatoes on Sunday too! Protein shakes for lunch! And my best tip is workout early in the morning!! And then Go for an after dinner walk!

I don't like meal prep after the second day, so when I make my dinner after work I use the leftovers for lunch, and throw together breakfast while I'm in the kitchen. That way I'm only cooking once a day and everything is still pretty fresh. I pack my gym bag the night before and go to the gym directly after work
