    You've crushed the first week of our game, and that's something to celebrate! Before we head into the weekend, let's talk about movement.

    You don't need to be in a gym for an hour a day to be active. Any movement counts! A quick dance party in your living room, a walk with a friend, or even just stretching while you watch TV are all great ways to stay active.
