this is the third mama post. I’ve seen try to lose weight after the baby. And I’m so happy for you. You got this date. Monday is a great day to start. Tuesday is a harder day to continue. Frozen fruits, blueberries mango, etc. from Costco in the freezer make a great fruit bowl. You can microwave it for one minute with your cereal or whatever else and it is ready to eat so don’t miss out on easy filling healthy options. If you have to tear open a plastic bag you’re eating processed food. let’s go!
