What’s everyone daily goal and approach to losing weight?

Do you target a workout and amount of time.

Do you count your calories and Macros?

Or is it “I’ve fallen off I need to get back on track.”

Some good tips! What type of intermittent fasting to do you do 16:8, 20:4 etc?

I’ve been calorie counting too. I’m taking it 3 days at a time. Mainly focusing on my nutrition at the moment.

Taking it 3 days at a time is a great idea! That seems like a manageable amount of time without being too overwhelming.

I typically do 16:8 but I'm flexible with it. Some days I feel like I can go longer, and other days I wake up hungry so I eat sooner lol.
