How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Happy Friday everyone! As we go into the weekend, many of us need to keep our goals at the forefront. I know for me, the weekend poses challenges that aren’t as hard during the week. The weekend is a time for rest, relaxation, socialization, decompression from the work week. I am going to focus on moderation and balance instead of telling myself “no.”

What are you going to do to be successful this weekend and what does success look like to you when it comes to your weight loss journey this weekend?

Instead of Friday Happy Hour I’m hitting yoga at 5:30pm. It’s been beautiful in the Northeast, unseasonably warm, so making the most of it and going for a long walk this morning. Staying hydrated and consistently eating protein through the day keeps me feeling fuller for longer.

Water, whole wheat bread, and staying off social media!
