  • Good morning and happy Friday! My weekend starts today so time to hit the gym and then adult for the week.

    Partner and I have been having this discussion lately: do you prefer to workout in the morning or evening? I prefer morning, after I’ve woken up a bit, and he prefers the evening. Heck I’m just waiting to get back outside for our runs, so it doesn’t matter what time. 😊
