We find ourself at Friday again! With Friday comes many different emotions, individual to the person. Some may be ending their work week, some may be just starting! Fridays can bring challenges as we want to celebrate, socialize, indulge! Remember, it’s ok to eat that sweet treat and drink that deliciously flavored coffee! Just make a plan for how much of it you’re going to eat and drink and when you’re going to stop. We have to make little rules and boundaries for ourselves and the more we practice and succeed at following those boundaries, the easier it becomes. Denying yourself of foods will not make you want those foods any less! We need to train ourselves to be satisfied with smaller amounts of those foods less frequently!
