How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I just started today so this first round will be a short one for me. That means no cheat meals this month!

I’m doing mostly Whole Foods, cooking at home, eliminating the bad carbs, no sweets, and lean protein (lots of vegetables). I’m a bit challenged on the workout front but have a plan and will be logging everything in Fitbit to hit my daily calorie deficit.

What is everyone else doing to reach their goal this round?

Hi. Due to medical reasons I’m doing Whole Foods and minimally processed as possible. Even learning to make mustard!

I’m limited on what i can eat (long boring details) but enough variety that i won’t get bored.

Finally up for exercise again and have started back with that last week

It does seem like quite a slog sometimes. I travel with a fraternal group that loves their food so I am leaving early and arriving late to avoid the heavy pot luck meals and desserts. Surprisingly, the 3 people I ride with seem relieved to have me as an excuse to avoid the comfort food feasts.
