How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I didn’t meet my goal this round, but still going strong and dedicated. Trying to throw in workouts now and focus on protein intake. Being prepared (meal prepping) is the hardest thing for me. That’s when I end up eating a PopTart at 1030 at night ??‍♀️

Jumping in a couple kickstarters at the same time to double down on this goal. I’m currently down 50 lbs but have another 135 to go. It’s been a long, slow journey but we can do this!!

I’ve never been good at meal prepping. I found that food prepping is helpful. That way I’ve created my own “convenience” sort of a grab and go type of thing. I just have a variety of items to choose from

Can you still have a pop tart but add other things to the meal or snack that offer what you need?

Good for you staying focus after needing to refocus.

You've got this Jesse! One good thing about being this old is that all the big snackers are out of the house and took their pop tarts with them, except hubby who thinks carrot sticks are a decadent snack. My evening snack lately is a little cocoa sirred into an 80 calorie vanilla yogurt, then dropped onto a plate in tablespoonfuls and frozen, or piped into kisses and frozen. I just have to remember to prep it early in the day.
