How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Well I am not winning this round. Lots of stress this month and I lost my motivation/will power

I’m so sorry you didn’t make it this round. I barely eked by. The great thing is this isn’t the last round. You have plenty of time to focus on your health and stay the course. Show up for yourself. And remember the stress of gaining or not losing is not any less important and adds to other stress.

You got this!

I'm definitely not as motivated as I once was either! I've looked at the math of where I am and where I want to be, and I've mentally reset my personal goals.

Sure, I could aim to be on track to lose the full 9% for next round, but instead I've mentally set my goal to just 6.5%. I'll win less money, but I plan on still making progress towards my final goal of a healthier weight and body.
